It’s been quite a year for young General Hospital stars Eden McCoy and William Lipton. The two young performers delivered the goods in a grownup storyline — Oscar’s death. Now, the two are sharing a more jovial moment offscreen.
Lipton, who was born on June 2, has turned 16 years old. And McCoy is sending her co-star a very special message to honor the occasion!
“Happiest 16th birthday to this real one @LiptonWilliam who I adore!” McCoy posted. “So humble and talented, you give your all to our @GeneralHospital family and now it feels like we’re real family! Thanks for being YOU!”
Lipton was touched by his co-star’s post and responded via social media. “[Y]ou gonna make me cry thank you for your sweet birthday message!! Can’t wait to see you soooooooon,” the actor wrote.
Lipton, who joined GH last August as the oldest son of Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), had previously voiced a role in the cartoon The Adventures Of Thomasina Sawyer and also appeared in the short Finding Hammy.
Both actors were acknowledged for their fine work on GH with Daytime Emmy nominations. Watch for the two performers to continue to receive accolades for their performances!
Soap Hub joins McCoy along with Lipton’s family, friends, and fans in wishing the actor a happy birthday!
General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check local listings for air times.
