Poor Michael is going through one of the worst things in his short life on General Hospital, but Chad Duell has something to celebrate!
Duell was born on September 14, 1987 and was raised in Arizona, and that means he’s turning 31 years old today!
He grew up being quite the athlete, playing football, soccer, and dabbling in Mixed Martial Arts. He developed his love for acting at a young age, attending a theatre class in high school.
The actor graduated from the New York Film Academy and moved to Los Angeles to pursue his profession. In 2008, he won recurring roles on Wizards of Waverley Place and The Suite Life on Deck.
But, in 2010, his life changed completely when he won the coveted role of Michael Corinthos on General Hospital, a role that has garnered him five Daytime Emmy nominations and one win in 2015 for Outstanding Supporting Actor.
Duell has another nomination, for Outstanding Guest Performer in a Digital Daytime Drama Series for his role on The Bay.
He also has a special lady in his life, actress Courtney Hope, who plays Sally on The Bold and the Beautiful. The two worked together on the film A Friend’s Obsession.
