General Hospital Spoilers Weekly Update for September 18-22

General Hospital spoilers (GH) for September 18-22 are here. Colorful confrontations kept cropping up this week, and things got pretty complicated.

Jason stayed in his coma, and Sam had to decide about moving him to an extended care facility. Carly told Michael about Nelle’s past as a suspected murderer, but Michael really didn’t seem to care.

Ava took off to Russia, and she met a masked man who might very well be Nikolas Cassadine… or perhaps even the real Jason. Here are the spoilers!

Griffin continues to worry about Ava’s wellbeing, and it leads him to undermine his own progress. He isn’t the only one feeling conflicted, as Sonny shows when he tries to balance two different drives. One piece of good news will come for Franco, though, when Elizabeth reaffirms her commitment to him.

Olivia looked incredible on Monday in her sleeveless cocktail dress in royal blue, which is a color that flatters everyone.
