General Hospital Spoilers Weekly Update for Nov 14 – 18

There were broken hearts and divided lines on “General Hospital” this week. The feud between Finn and Obrecht led to some escalating tension, Nelle found herself getting further entangled with the Corinthos clan, and as for Hayden… well, with so much at stake, next week is sure to be stellar! Here are the spoilers!

Laura (Genie Francis) has a tense encounter with Valentin, and she’s left feeling shaken. Elsewhere, Sonny makes a stunning confession, then devotes himself to finding answers. Finally, Sam and Jason follow up on what could be a critical lead, and Griffin finds himself being pushed too far.
