General Hospital spoilers (GH) for April 3-7 promise a week of emotional turmoil and stunning sacrifices. Scandalous secrets and stunning shocks ruled “General Hospital” this week.

Even as Franco took on some new responsibilities, Liz was left questioning her future with him.

Other questions were raised when Valentin filled in more about Anna’s past… and it didn’t seem to match with things.
