General Hospital spoilers (GH) for April 10-14 promise a week of shocking plot twists and heartbreaking discoveries! Everything changed on “General Hospital” this week, and Port Charles will never be the same. Nelle learned the truth about her past, and the information stunned her.

Lulu’s desperation grew, and the beginnings of a scheme seemed to form in her mind. Even her adversary had some shifts in perspective, when Valentin realized that Anna was telling the truth. We’re certainly headed for a showdown. Here are the spoilers!

Nelle realizes that her plans were misguided, and she confesses to her deception of Sonny. Elsewhere in Port Charles, Finn grows increasingly desperate, leading Griffin to come to his aid.
