Your General Hospital spoilers preview video for April 19-23, 2021, is here! Find out what the Port Charles power players are plotting this coming week.
General Hospital Spoilers Preview
It looks like bad mobster Cyrus (Jeff Kober) is at the center of the action this week in Port Charles and Laura (Genie Francis) is worried that her half-brother will end up getting her son killed because he’s outnumbered and he doesn’t know who he can trust. Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) is playing a dangerous game, but he’s doing it to try to save Aunt Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who truly is in big trouble behind bars.
But he’s not the only one courting trouble by tangling with Cyrus. Jason (Steve Burton) is worried about Carly (Laura Wright). He tells her there’s nothing she can do to change the situation — but his BFF says, “Watch me.” Will her determination to spring him from behind bars get her killed?
Also, it looks like things are taking a turn in Nixon Falls. Nina (Cynthia Watros) looks shocked by something she sees — could Sonny (Maurice Benard) or rather Mike, be in danger for all his digging into Elijah’s past? It’s going to be an explosive week in Port Charles — check out the sneak peek video promo below for yourself!

General Hospital History
GH made its debut in 1963 and is the second longest-running daytime soap opera in American history. The longest-running soap is Guiding Light. While it’s not the longest-running serial, General Hospital is the longest-running soap opera currently on air.
The daytime drama outlasted other soaps to become a mainstay for many households! From legendary Laura’s (Genie Francis) four decades on and off and back on as the show’s leading heroine, to Anna Devane’s (Finola Hughes) exploits, to Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his mobster activities, GH certainly knows how to please their viewers.
Bringing the Drama
More than five decades of gripping drama as well as love in the afternoon have kept this ABC daytime soap on the air and winning Daytime Emmys. It is one of four soap operas currently on the air. The other three daytime dramas include Days of our Lives, The Young and the Restless (YR), and The Bold and the Beautiful (BB). GH airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for air times.
