General Hospital spoilers reveal some trouble ahead for Franco and Elizabeth thanks to Nikolas and Ava’s machinations, but will this story be wrapped up quickly when the show returns for something that can have much more far-reaching consequences?

While ‘Friz’ fans want nothing more than for Franco (Roger Howarth) and Liz (Rebecca Herbst) to have their own baby, it looks like Maxie (Kirsten Storms) might be our resident pregnant character for the moment. But that doesn’t mean this couple still can’t have baby drama.
Remember, all Kim Nero (Tamara Braun) wanted before she lost her mind and then left town was another baby — essentially a replacement Oscar (Garren Stitt) after her teenage son died of brain cancer.
First, she hit up Julian (William deVry) to be the baby daddy. When he didn’t go for it, she tried the real Drew Cain (Billy Miller), who was also Oscar’s dad. Heck, she even tried to sexually assault Drew to make her dreams come true.

When Drew allegedly died and we had the weird ‘Dranco’ story in which Franco had Drew’s memories and thought he was Drew, Kim took full advantage and thought she could have the next best thing.
Sometimes we want to forget that Franco slept with Kim when he was not in his right mind (or even his own mind) but it happened, so why not have the soapiest thing follow it to spice things up when the soap returns.
All Kim did was leave town with no consequences for her actions, leaving the door WIDE open for her return. If she returns with Franco’s baby, this can lead to all sorts of stories. Elizabeth may then want a baby of her own with Franco, who had been hesitant about having biological children in the past.
