General Hospital Spoilers: Nelle FINALLY Comes Clean!

Breaking General Hospital spoilers for Thursday, March 2 promise that Nelle–the human wrecking ball–continues to claim victims as Michael is blindsided when she comes clean. Will we finally learn what makes this troubled girl tick?

Startling Confrontation
Carly (Laura Wright) can’t believe Sonny (Maurice Benard) didn’t fess up to her earlier about his alleged affair with Nelle (Chloe Lanier)–and therefore stopping her from trusting the “little slut.”

As she storms out of her assistant’s apartment, Nelle and Michael (Chad Duell) show up at the door. Carly confirms that there is definitely trouble, and spoilers reveal that Nelle decides to come clean. Of course, when she does, poor Michael ends up blindsided.

In the Way
Jason (Billy Miller) and Franco go toe-to-toe as Franco (Roger Howarth) tries to keep Jason from interfering with Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) care at the hospital. Needless to say, Jason is having none of his interference.

There’s no way he’ll let anyone, especially Franco, get between him and his wife when he knows that she needs him. Meanwhile spoilers reveal that Liz (Rebecca Herbst) has an update for Jason about Sam.

Missing Person
After having her drink drugged, Laura (Genie Francis) has been out of commission for some time.

Rudge and Olivia (Tonja Walker) wanted her to be otherwise occupied during the board vote on the future of General Hospital, but now people are starting to wonder where she could be.

The tension between Hayden (Rebecca Budig) and Finn (Michael Easton) is intense. It causes Tracy to joke that they can’t tell her that the thrill is already gone in their relationship.

We knew that deep down Tracy was rooting for these two crazy kids to make it. Will she get her wish?
