General Hospital spoilers for January 23-27 reveal a week of danger, mystery, emotion, and intrigue as your favorite Port Charles pals come to some pretty shocking realizations.
My Mother Did WHAT???
Sam (Kelly Monaco) can’t believe her ears when she discovers her mother is a full-blown alcoholic who drunkenly ran down her father with her car (albeit accidentally). She begins to think that Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) may be right about Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and the two team up.
Later in the week, Sam stumbles upon an important clue, but for which case? Remember, she’s still trying to figure out who set that car bomb that killed Morgan (Bryan Craig).
My Father Is WHAT???
Speaking of that case, Jason (Billy Miller) falls ill, and we wonder if there was foul play. Meanwhile, Julian (William deVry) resorts to blackmail, and Alexis is caught off guard about something.
Is it an action from Julian or about the Tom case? One thing we do know is that it all seems to tie together, and Franco (Roger Howarth) will face consequences for his actions.
Shocking Memories
As Anna (Finola Hughes) uncovers a pivotal memory, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) shows his true colors. It also looks like things don’t go well with Charlotte as Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is forced to comfort Lulu (Emme Rylan).
The More Things Change…
It looks like a re-run for the Corinthos clan as Carly (Laura Wright) struggles with Sonny’s (Maurice Benard) violent lifestyle. Later in the week, as Sonny offers some wisdom to Nelle (Chloe Lanier), Carly cautions Michael (Chad Duell).

In other Port Charles news, Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) and Curtis (Donnell Turner) reminisce about old times, Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) grow closer, and Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) opens up to Laura (Genie Francis).
