General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Friday, April 7 promise a day of regrets and realizations.

Chance Encounter
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) has felt horrible ever since she lost Michael’s (Chad Duell) friendship and affection.

She finally saw that with him she could actually be happy and it made her change from wanting revenge – until everything in her life blew up. Michael has been down too, thinking the two of them could have had something.

Spoilers reveal that Nelle and Michael cross paths. Will he be able to forgive her and more importantly – give her and their relationship another chance?

Piecing It Together
Meanwhile, Michael’s brother Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) remains suspicious about the pill bottle he found in evidence that belonged to their brother Morgan (Bryan Craig).

Now that she sees it’s of her, she knows she has to have it in order to feel closer to her father. But does she go too far in trying to get it back because spoilers say she receives a warning.

Feeling Needy
Liz (Rebecca Herbst) sent Franco (Roger Howarth) a weird signal, asking him to back off of Jake and give her space – rather than saying yes to his marriage proposal.

Because of that, Franco has wondered where they truly stand. After all, he loves her with all of his heart and knows that Jake wishes he could help him.

Liz doesn’t want to lose him and reassures Franco. Will he be able to be patient as she works through things with Jason (Billy Miller) and Jake?
