After Hayden (Rebecca Budig) flatlined, Finn (Michael Easton) had to make a last-minute decision to save the woman he loves by injecting her with a serum that could kill her on the spot.
We know it didn’t do that, because tomorrow he spends the day sitting vigil by her bedside praying she’ll make it. Naomi (Robin Riker) also shows up to learn about her daughter’s condition after being contacted by a concerned Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst).
Guilty Conscience
Meanwhile, Franco (Roger Howarth) has to decide what to do to help himself and Liz now that he realizes he’s just as bad as Tom.
His own mind told him what he did to Sam (Kelly Monaco) makes him a vile hypocrite and that maybe the brain tumor defense was something he used to justify his own heinous actions to himself.
Does he do the right thing and fess up to his latest crime? It’s a moment of reckoning for the former serial killer turned therapist.

Over at Kelly’s, Kiki (Hayley Erin) overhears a conversation between Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) and Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) that makes her wonder what’s going on.
However, we suspect they’re talking about a platonic night long before Dillon and Kiki ever laid eyes on each other.
