Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is at the bottom of the stairwell and somehow Paul (Richard Burgi), who was just revealed as the General Hospital serial killer, joins her. Was it Paul who pushed her since she saw him in Monica’s office? Or was it Hayden (Rebecca Budig), her recently revealed half-sister, who can’t let her give the diamonds to the cops?

Meanwhile, a worried Franco (Roger Howarth) is trying to find Liz. Will he be able to see her lying at the bottom of the stairs when the lights go out? And will he get to her in time, or will Liz be the next one to die at General Hospital? Monica (Leslie Charleson) and Finn (Michael Easton) struggle to keep order after the hospital loses power. Will Finn leave to track down Hayden since he knows she’s searching for Liz?
