General Hospital Spoilers: Second Thoughts and Sad Conclusions

The General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Monday, February 29 promise a day second thoughts and sad conclusions on the minds of our lovely Port Charles ladies.

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) has second thoughts about staying with her boys at Wyndemere. Let’s see. It’s owned by one of her best friends , and while Nik (Tyler Christopher) may be Liz’s best (and possibly only current) friend, he was once her illicit lover, while she was engaged to his brother. Nik’s mother Laura (Genie Francis) is already in residence at the Spoon Island mansion, and his sister Lulu (Emme Rylan) and her baby boy may be moving in.

What’s more, Nik’s not-at-all blushing bride Hayden (Rebecca Budig) lives there. Liz’s son Cam (Michael Leone) and Nik’s Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) are always at each other’s throats. Elizabeth might find the burnt-out basement of her former house a bit more comfortable. At this point, she should not be having second or even third thoughts. She should be on her fourth or fifth thought, at least!

Poor Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) comes to a sorry conclusion. She tells the dashing Dr. Andre Maddox (Anthony Montgomery) that she expects to end up in prison after the fall out from the gun bust–and the business with Paul (Richard Burgi) and Carlos Rivera (Jeffrey Vincent Parise). Hey, if Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Ava (Maura West) haven’t yet paid their debts to society, it would be a total injustice to lock up Anna for shooting Carlos, when clearly it takes a wooden stake to the heart to kill him.

On Friday, when Maxie (Kirsten Storms) told Nathan (Ryan Paevy) she loved him, he replied, “I love you too, Claudette.” On Monday, she would really like to find out who Claudette is. Nathan, who is always so devastated when Maxie lies, says it was the French Poodle he had as a child. Don’t you buy that for a second, Maximista! French Poodles don’t leave white gloves in tuxedo pockets.
