General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Tuesday, July 18 reveal tempers out of control as Sonny and Carly have it out with Ava and Laura slaps Valentine. You’re not going to want to miss a moment of this volatile episode.

Julian (William deVry) stops by General Hospital to check on Ava (Maura West), only to learn that she’s already been released from the hospital.

Meanwhile, Ava is at the cemetery, wanting to make peace with Morgan (Bryan Craig) at his grave. Unfortunately for her, she runs into Sonny and Carly.

Ava is a wreck as Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Carly (Laura Wright) lay into the weakened woman, warning her she will not walk away scot free from what she has done to Morgan.

Out of the Mouths of Babes
While Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) is getting kidnapped, Laura (Genie Francis) becomes

furious with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and slaps him across the face for something he’s said about Nikolas.

He then yells at her to not take it out on his daughter if she’s mad about what she thinks happened.

Spoilers also say that Laura faces difficult truths about Charlotte (Scarlett Hernandez), and Spencer makes matters worse – which isn’t all that surprising considering how Spencer likes to hear himself talk.
