General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Wednesday, July 26 promise that Jason can’t deny it any longer that something is oh-so-wrong with his wife Sam. But will he realize what she’s done to Sonny? You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode!
Big Trouble
Spoilers state the obvious – that Jason (Billy Miller) senses something is terribly wrong. Ya think? Perhaps Sam (Kelly Monaco) passing out in his arms was the first clue. But Sam is determined to pass along the great news to her husband – they are finally safe!
Of course, Jason is dumbfounded.
What is it that they are now safe from that they were in danger from prior? And how did Sam remove that danger?

Meanwhile, poor Sonny is lying battered and broken with a bullet, courtesy of Sam, and yet no one has a clue yet that he’s even gone missing.
Spencer’s Back
Laura (Genie Francis) has her hands full now that Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel) has escaped his captors and is at the police station. The question is, does Spencer have any idea who kidnapped him?
Either way, he could finally do away with his enemy by naming Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). Will he?

Spoilers also reveal that Finn (Michael Easton) and Griffin (Matt Cohen) make strides – but in what capacity? Is there a new project at the hospital, or does this have to do with something else?

It looks like we’ll be getting some sister bonding moments as Liz (Rebecca Herbst) and Hayden (Rebecca Budig) get to bond.
Will they be talking about dear old Dad, or will they be gabbing about Hayden’s upcoming motherhood as Liz shares her wisdom of mothering three boys?
Eyes on the Prize
Of course, Hayden should try to find as much joy as she possibly can since Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) would like to ruin her life.
The older woman seeks revenge, but in what form will it take? Will Hayden get to hold onto her life? Or will someone close to her end up paying the price?
