General Hospital spoilers (GH) for December 18-22 promise a week of heartache and hope as the holidays descend on Port Charles.
Reclaiming Two Lives
Drew (Billy Miller) has just been a lost soul since learning he’s not Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and can’t even remember his life as Drew. He lays it all out there with his son and maybe the two can get to know one another better.
Carly (Laura Wright) suddenly realizes what Sam’s been going through and feels terrible for her, but she also has no ability to mind her own business, which causes Sam (Kelly Monaco) to lash out.
Meanwhile, both Drew and Jason (Steve Burton) need to find who did this to them.
Sonny and Jason walk through several scenarios, and Drew joins them with a common goal. Little do they know one Christmas ornament can solve it all.
He also gets some reassurance in the process. However, it looks like both brothers run into Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) with Danny (T.K. Weaver) in the park and things become awkward.
Carly Has So Much To Say
Carly has other troubles besides Drew as she needs to deal with Michael’s predicament thanks to Nelle’s pregnancy. But, it turns out Nelle (Chloe Lanier) even catches a lucky break.

Who’s His Daddy?
On the Naxie front, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) confronts Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) about his parentage and Felicia then puts Maxie at ease about her pregnancy. Will Felicia (Kristina Wagner) also find out she may have won the mayoral election three years ago?
Wedding News
It’s also wedding time in Port Charles as Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura (Genie Francis) plan their Christmas day nuptials. To that end, Laura asks Lulu (Emme Rylan) for a favor and then gets a VERY welcome surprise.
Odds And Ends
In other Port Charles news, Franco (Roger Howarth) receives a mysterious note, Griffin (Matt Cohen) accepts an uncomfortable situation, and Ned (Wally Kurth) softens.
