Picking Up the Pieces
Jared, on the orders of Obrecht (Kathleen Gati), is determined to extort money out of Hayden (Rebecca Budig), no matter what it may cost her.
He knows she doesn’t want to go down that road and yet he refuses to let her off the hook.
When they meet up, Hayden stands up to him. He responds that it sounds like she’s about to have a big problem. Meanwhile Finn (Michael Easton) drops in on Curtis (Donnell Turner), who offers his congratulations. Finn has a question for the man who has been there for both he and Hayden.
Busybody Relatives
Aunt Stella (Vernee Watson) yells out after seeing Valerie (Brytni Sarpy) running by. Here’s hoping Auntie doesn’t foolishly try to set Curtis up with a woman she has no idea is actually his ex.
Valerie ends up running into Dillon (Robert Palmer Watkins) and lets him know that she is happy for him.
Afternoon Delight
Nathan (Ryan Paevey) receives a welcome surprise when Maxie (Kirsten Storms) shows up, fresh from Paris, wanting to whisk him away for a romantic surprise.
It looks like the City of Love gave her a few ideas, but is Nathan going to drop everything just because Maxie showed up again?
