General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Tuesday, September 5 promise a day of mystery, emotion, and intrigue both in and out of Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.
It Never Seems To Work Out For Nelle
Nelle (Chloe Lanier) was on top of the world when she first arrived in Morocco and shared some romantic time with Michael (Chad Duell).
Then, she got to wear this amazing sapphire necklace and pose like a model. What could be better?
Well, not having your picture taken when you might be a murder suspect is probably better. And, when the necklace goes missing, not having your photographer announce to the police that you have a shady past is even better.
So, now Nelle is under arrest, but spoilers reveal that Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) is in a good position to help. Could he possibly be very knowledgable in jewel theft?
After all, we have no idea how he spent many years of his life, and there is this case of a diamond out there…
Vanished…
Speaking of diamonds, Anna (Finola Hughes) and Finn (Michael Easton) got nowhere with Raymond about that diamond Spencer found. However, Finn was thrilled when Curtis (Donnell Turner) texted him with news about Hayden.
On Tuesday, he’s met with disappointment when he learns all about how Hayden is determined to seemingly not even exist.

Are Things Looking Up? But Not For Griffin?
The mother and daughter team of Kiki (Hayley Erin) and Ava (Maura West) have an interesting day. Griffin (Matt Cohen) is visibly upset while at the hospital, and Ava is able to return a favor.
Meanwhile, Kiki gets an invitation. We bet she’s going to do rounds with that doctor who looks so much like Llanview’s Max Holden. Except his name is Dr. Bensch.
