General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Friday, November 3 promise a day of fateful choices that could lead to dangerous consequences. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.

The Truth Is…With Franco
Franco (Roger Howarth) knows which man who thinks he’s Jason Morgan actually is Jason Morgan and he can spill this information–or keep it to himself.

Andre (Anthony Montgomery) said perhaps Franco can fix what he broke if he knows the truth, so does he go on a quest to make things right between Alan Quartermaine’s twin sons?

Or, does he tell Liz (Rebecca Herbst) the truth? Not just the truth about Jason having a twin and one Jason just beating the crap out of him, but the truth about which Jason is which.

If he does, will we hear him say it or will they BOTH keep this secret?

Jason And Curtis Together Again
Meanwhile, Current Jason (Billy Miller) is positive that he is Jason Morgan and the man with his old face is indeed an imposter. Since he knows Sonny doesn’t believe him, he turns to his buddy, Curtis (Donnell Turner), for help.

Sonny’s Dilemma
Sonny (Maurice Benard) is sure as anything that Original Jason (Steve Burton) is indeed Original Jason and hires Diane to take care of all the legalities involved with this identity thing, but Diane is not so sure and wonders if this is all a setup.

The Other Jason Has Some Words To Say
Original Jason is sure that’s exactly what this is, and when he comes face to face with Klein across jail cells, he has a lot to say…for this Jason anyway, who never seems to have a lot to say.

Hot Couple?
His other friends from Russia seem to be doing just fine as Griffin (Matt Cohen) and Ava (Maura West) go out in public again, and spoilers reveal that Ava has nothing to hide.

Uh-Oh, Scott Wants Her
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) also has a busy day tomorrow as she’s once again visiting Sam (Kelly Monaco) in the hospital. But, then she receives a call from Scott (Kin Shriner) and her life may never be the same.
