General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Thursday, December 21 promise a day of happiness and heartache throughout Port Charles. You don’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.
Happy In Their Bubble?
Sam (Kelly Monaco) proposed to Drew (Billy Miller), but she still has Jason’s ring. Clearly, she needs something brand-new and it looks like Drew is going to provide.
Carly told Sam to go with the man who makes her toes tingle and she ran straight to Drew, but is she fooling herself or not?
Jason’s Bubble Burst
Meanwhile, Jason (Steve Burton) figures he’d try his luck with Jake (Hudson West) since things went so well with Danny (TK Weaver), but clearly being held hostage by Helena for several years didn’t make Jake as well-adjusted as his half-brother.
Jake tells Jason in no uncertain terms that he has no interest in seeing him, which breaks Jason’s heart.
But, also seeing Jake play with Franco (Roger Howarth) as if he’s his dad makes him seethe. Franco was his mortal enemy and is about to become his son’s stepfather, so there’s a bit of an issue here.
A Franco Mystery?
Spoilers also reveal that Franco receives a mysterious note after playing some Star Wars games with Liz’s kids. (Really? ALL her kids?)

She hands Oscar (Garren Stitt) a biography about Edward Quartermaine so he can learn more about his heritage.
Monica (Leslie Charleson) also wants to get to know Oscar and have all these new Quartermaines become a part of the family and Ned (Wally Kurth) even begins softening to the idea.
Wedding Blues?
And then, it looks like wedding time for Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) and Laura (Genie Francis) as Laura hopes for the best. Will Maxie’s (Kirsten Storms) interruption dash all her hopes?
