General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Thursday, July 26th reveal that Carly may end up in a situation that she isn’t able to escape from… but is help on the way? You’re not going to want to miss a moment of this dramatic episode!
Losing It
Carly’s (Laura Wright) madwoman of a nurse tells her that before she knows it, she will feel like a new woman.
This, of course, comes as disturbing information to Carly, who can’t make heads or tails of the situation. Will she find a way out before it’s too late?
Don’t Upset A Mobster
Sonny (Maurice Benard) is furious about what has been happening to Carly at Ferncliff. What makes matters worse is that he thought Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) was at least there, looking out for her. But then he learned that he was gone for a while.
An angry Sonny confronts Kevin, saying he’s never failed their family before and he hopes he doesn’t start now. Will Kevin be able to reach Carly in time to stop whatever is in motion from happening?
On Guard
Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) seems to be doubting everything, and she questions Chase (Josh Swickard) about whether he thinks Michael will be able to coax a confession out of Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Could she be having second thoughts about allowing a civilian to be in so much danger?
Ava is perturbed when Nelle tells her that like it or not, they’re in it together. It’s amazing that Nelle continues to think she can order around a killer like Ava and not end up suffering any repercussions.
Then again, she’s felt the same about Sonny. For a smart girl, she can be very foolish.

Franco (Roger Howarth) is taken by surprise when Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) shows up unexpectedly. Now, normally one would expect Franco to be thrilled to see his lady.
So why does he react like this isn’t a welcomed disruption? Has she ended up interrupting some plan of his? Why is he so jumpy?
Tide Is Turning
Spoilers reveal that Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has good news. Does this have something to do with Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) upcoming sexual harassment lawsuit or is she getting news from another front?
Meanwhile, Julian (William de Vry) catches a break. Could it have something to do with his growing feelings for Kim (Tamara Braun)?
