General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Monday, September 18 promise a day of decisions and deception. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.

False Hope?
Just as Sam (Kelly Monaco) made the decision to let Jason go to longterm care, she saw his hand move. On Monday, she tells Monica (Leslie Charleson) and her loved ones that Jason (Billy Miller) is waking up.

Spoilers reveal that Sam still grapples with a big decision.

Is the hand movement explained as a reflex reaction, and Monica still insists he be moved? If Sam is unsure what’s happening, how does she decide what to do? Maybe the answer is in her dreams…

A False Life
Meanwhile, Franco’s (Roger Howarth) adoptive mother lets him know a thing or two about his childhood, and he feels deceived.

Does he learn who that boy is because he certainly can’t be the one that Monica raised in Port Charles? His adoptive mother does warn him to be careful what he asks for.

Ava’s Mystery
Ava (Maura West) has her own issues in Russia as her situation becomes more mysterious. Her little caretaker has her phone and that is one thing Ava wants back.

But, is the mystery lady spying on her via social media? And, what about the mystery man known as Patient 6?

Finn Better Be In
Anna (Finola Hughes) is still determined to find out all she can about the mystery woman named Cassandra, and Finn (Michael Easton) may be in a whole lot of trouble if he doesn’t help her.

Curtis (Donnell Turner) may also be in trouble if he doesn’t have a good explanation for Jordan as to what he was doing with Sonny.
