General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Tuesday, November 7 promise a day full of shocks in Port Charles. You won’t want to miss a moment of this emotional episode.

Jailhouse Rock
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) told herself on Monday that she had to keep Julian (William deVry) out of her life, and despite him being beaten behind bars, she was NOT going to visit him.

Well, we all know she can’t get him off her mind, so of course she ended up visiting him.

Spoilers reveal that tomorrow she is stunned, so it’s a good bet she can’t believe what he looks like and what’s been happening since he arrived in prison last summer.

Drug Lords?
Outside prison, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Cassandra (Jessica Tuck) are just hoping to stay out of prison, but they seem to manage to evade captivity easy enough.

Now that she has a clean bill of health she likely won’t believe, Cassandra decides she needs a new friend.

She adopts Nina (Michelle Stafford) as that new pal, and Nina seems to fall for many friendly people. Since Charlotte seems to like Cassandra, it looks like the woman has found a way to ensnare Valentin.
