General Hospital spoilers (GH) for Tuesday, September 12 promise a day of secrets, lies–and maybe even some truth. You won’t want to miss a moment of this edge-of-your-seat episode.

The Truth? Or Not…
Carly (Laura Wright) insisted to Bobbie (Jacklyn Zeman) that she wanted to give (Ja)Nelle the benefit of the doubt and not immediately jump to the conclusion that she’s a black widow murderess. However, tomorrow she decides it’s time Michael learn the truth.

Since Michael (Chad Duell) has a heart-to-heart with (Ja)Nelle about his choice to work for ELQ and not Sonny, that ‘truth’ is likely about his sweet, young, (sometimes) manipulative girlfriend.

Carly also learns her own truths from Sonny (Maurice Benard), who seems hellbent on revenge and tells her he will do anything for his friends.

Does that mean there’s another shootout coming in a warehouse or on the docks, perhaps?

Confession Time?
Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) wants to know the truth from Sam. She knows Carly is hiding something, and it has to do with Sam (Kelly Monaco).

Spoilers reveal Alexis and Sam share a heartfelt moment. Might Sam confess that she shot Sonny?
