General Hospital Spoilers: Ava’s Snooping Is Playing With Fire

An Indecent Proposal
Ava (Maura West) has been upset ever since the DA told her she was going to have to testify against Julian (William deVry) or face her own set of charges for killing Connie. It was a shock for her when Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) asked for her input on a piece of evidence from the General Hospital serial killer, and even more so when she remembered that DA Paul Hornsby (Richard Burgi) had a pair. She decided to take matters into her own hands and search his room, where she found more than she bargained for. She found evidence that made her realize he is indeed the General Hospital serial killer.

Now that Ava has the goods on the man putting the screws to her, she’s got some ideas. Never one to shrink from a fight or to be scared by mere mortals, spoilers reveal that Ava surprises Paul with a request. Odds are she’s looking for a way out of her legal issues by holding his freedom over his head. Will her plan work or will she end up as the killer’s next victim?

A Friend in Need
Finn (Michael Easton) can see Hayden (Rebecca Budig) is pretty jacked up about something having to do with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). Even though they’ve had their issues, he comes to Hayden’s defense. He suspects there’s a problem, but she lets him know it’s way worse than that — she is in huge trouble and she doesn’t think anyone can help. Now that the shoe is on the other foot, will she let him be a friend to her and try to help?

Liz (Rebecca Herbst) still has Hayden’s diamonds but right now she isn’t a threat – she’s too busy fighting for her life. Griffin (Matt Cohen) lets a worried Franco (Roger Howarth) know that Elizabeth isn’t out of the woods.

As Julian’s trial date draws closer, it’s taking a toll on his soon-to-be ex-wife, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn). Spoilers reveal she sees Julian come up behind her and say, “Here’s to you, Mrs. Jerome.” It has to be a nightmare though, right? Either way, Diane (Carolyn Hennessy) counsels Alexis.
