The General Hospital spoilers (GH) for November 23-25 promise dramatic days ahead that will leave some fans on the edge of their seats and other disappointed in episodes that lead up to an epic Thanksgiving for all involved.
It’s mayhem on Cassadine Island when Helena’s health seems to go south just as Jason’s about to learn more than he bargained for. It’s up to Nikolas to pick up the pieces as Liz, Sam, and Jason head back to Port Charles. When Sam arrives home, she and Patrick share a tender reunion and Jason decides to take Monica up on her Thanksgiving invite. He decides to bring Elizabeth along with some big news, but her secret may be on the line before the turkey gets ruined and the pizza arrives.
Jason’s namesake scares the heck out of poor Kiki while they try to live their “new” life in a cabin. He has a violent moment that causes Kiki to sneak a call to Carly and Sonny needs to step in to get his son the help he needs. Kristina also returns to town when her family needs her most.
