Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) remains the most hated man in town as he does the unthinkable and presents Jason (Steve Burton) with a decision about how he can save Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) life. While Jason can’t kill him without risking Sam’s life, he is able to give the man a beatdown. But does Sam have that kind of time for him to waste?
Call In Reinforcements
Realizing his Spidey sense is tingling after discussing Shiloh with Curtis (Donnell Turner), Drew (Billy Miller) calls the one person he hasn’t spoken with in forever — Sonny (Maurice Benard) — probably because he can’t reach Jason.
Stay or Go?
Luckily, Drew already said his goodbyes to Kim (Tamara Braun) because now she has to try to explain to a sad-looking Julian (William deVry), who thought they were about to move in together, why she wants to blow this town. Will he be able to change her mind?
Moving Forward
There were some tense moments as Neil (Joe Flanigan) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) debated whether or not he should stop treating her, as both ended up admitting they do care about the other.
Of course, that’s the big problem on a professional front. On the personal, the two grow closer as Alexis lets Neil know they’ve passed the point of no return. Meanwhile, her daughter Molly (Haley Pullos) is discussing the future too… with TJ (Tajh Bellow).

Since there’s only one realtor in town, of course, it’s Lucy (Lynn Herring) who takes Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) apartment hunting. Since things are going so swimmingly with multi-millionaire Michael (Chad Duell), who can blame her for wanting to stay?
