“Of course, you want the audience to enjoy what you’re doing and the work that you’re doing,” she says, “but at the end of the day I can’t please everybody. And I’m just here to do my job, try to learn as much as I can, and enjoy the process; hopefully, people will enjoy it.”
The young actress’ thoughtful words earned her the admiration of at least one fellow cast member, and a respected one at that!
“You’re doing your job,” a supportive Maura West (Ava) told Lanier. “And you’re a fine actress!”
