Handsome men have always roamed the streets of Port Charles. In the early years of General Hospital, they were mostly doctors. As the show became less and less about the actual hospital, they slowly began popping up as secret agents, businessmen, mobsters, cops, students – and even a priest.

Soap Hub asked you which current Port Charles guy do you think is the sexiest, and it may have been a harder question than we realized.

On the Case
After over 5,500 votes were tallied, 48% of you declared Nathan West (Ryan Paevey) the sexiest in Port Charles. While that’s obvious when he’s walking around in little more than a towel, he’s also incredibly sexy in the way he shows Maxie (Kirsten Storms) that she’s the one for him. Now that he’s excited to realize he’s Charlotte’s daddy, he’s become even more irresistible. He doesn’t run from responsibility – he embraces it and shows how a real man should behave. What could be more sexy than that?!

Heaven-Sent
Another 26% deemed priest-on-hiatus Griffin (Matt Cohen) to be Port Chuck’s most sexy. His smoldering good looks and his kind heart are what cinched it for you. Of course, we all want what we can’t have and Griffin, a man of the cloth, is the perfect (and we do mean PERFECT) embodiment of that. And let’s face it – that miniseries, The Thorn Birds, made luring a priest away from his vows look forbidden but oh-so-romantic.

Reformed Bad Boy
An equal amount – 26% – feel Curtis (Donnell Turner) is just as sexy. He knows how to get the job done and has all the ladies in town adoring him. Watching him work out with Andre the other day showed off what this man seems forced to hide on a daily basis and you want to see more! Sure, he used to do drugs but Curtis is clean now and looking to right all the wrongs he sees. That’s pretty darn sexy in your book!
