The General Hospital recap for Thursday, May 7, 2020, features Curtis and Mac looking for answers, Cyrus making his presence felt, and Sasha getting medical attention.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
Curtis (Donnell Turner) arranged a pow-wow between himself, Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Jason (Steve Burton). Once all the men had gathered at Pier 5 and the pleasantries were out of the way, Curtis wondered why Sonny had yet to *ahem* take care of Cyrus (Jeff Kober).
Sonny promised that he and his right-hand man had devised a plan that would soon extricate Cyrus from their lives. However, that sentiment was of little comfort to Laura (Genie Francis) and Carly (Laura Wright).
Because they were busy trying to think up polite excuses to get them out of going to the housewarming party that Cyrus was throwing himself.
Troublesome Developments For Jordan
Meanwhile, Mac’s (John J. York) suspicions were raised. Why did TJ’s (Tajh Bellow) kidnappers not ask for ransom? Why did they work so hard to make Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) believe that he was alive and well?
And why is Jordan so jumpy? Jordan did her best to deflect but it was painfully obvious to Mac that his boss was hiding something big.
General Hospital: The Place To Be
All roads led back to GH. Carly and Laura discussed the institutions precarious future. Should Nelle (Chloe Lanier) win her lawsuit, the doors would probably close…for good.
Michael (Chad Duell) escorted Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) to the building since her recently-injured nose wouldn’t stop bleeding. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) wasn’t happy to see them together, but their arrival gave Finn (Michael Easton) – who nearly outed the truth about Chase (Josh Swickard) and Sasha’s “affair” – an excuse to leave.
As for Cyrus, after getting the shaft from the mayor and the Metro Court proprietress, he headed to the hospital and ran into Trina (Syndey Mikayla) and her mother. Trina didn’t hold back telling Cyrus what she thinks of him and how she blames him for her father’s death. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
