The General Hospital recap (GH) for Friday, August 10 features shockers throughout Port Charles… and right inside Ferncliff.
Which One Is It?
Carly (Laura Wright) got a strange visit from Kevin (Jon Lindstrom), asking her to continue therapy, especially because she’s grieving over the loss of her grandson. Carly wanted absolutely nothing to do with Kevin or her time in Ferncliff, and firmly turned him down.
Meanwhile, the next thing we know, Kevin is at Ferncliff visiting a man who looks just like him… and he calls him brother. Now, to decide which brother is which and when did this switch take place?
Also, this will surely be an interesting predicament for Laura to return to once Genie Francis is back on our screens.
Sonny’s Dilemma
Of course, Carly had more to worry about than just Kevin. She was there for Sonny (Maurice Benard), who told her that while he was exhausted and struggling, he knew what was best for his father.
Sonny then told Mike that he was considering “a new place” for him that would help him better. This prompted Mike to accuse Sonny of trying to get rid of him.
The Trial Continues
And now, back to court with Griffin (Matt Cohen) on the stand in Kiki’s (Hayley Erin) trial. Franco tried to rectify sending his little text to the wrong person, and then got thrown out of the courtroom. So, he pulled the fire alarm.
During recess, Ava confronted Griffin, and he promised to tell her a fine tale after the trial is over. Ava then confronted Kiki, who also brushed her off.

Just as Griffin thought he’s about to be let off the hook, Ava told Scotty to push the matter of Griffin and Kiki’s affair.
Teen Troubles
Joss and Cameron chatted about her continued struggles, and she admitted that her various family problems made her turn to shoplifting for solace.
Chase then nabbed Cameron for shoplifting, and Liz was shocked to see her son at the PCPD. (She was there with Franco, who was in big trouble with the judge.)
Margaux On A Mission
Both Chase and Margaux let Jason (Steve Burton) off the hook. Margaux did take a jab at the fact that he and Drew are so different while blaming Sonny for corrupting Jason.
Jason quickly informed Drew that Margaux has an agenda, and that he needed to watch his back.
