The General Hospital recap for Thursday, May 14, 2020, features Nelle fighting fire with fire, Maxie getting an ego boost, Sasha developing a dangerous habit, and Robert and Anna theorizing.
Diane (Carolyn Hennesy) was pleasantly surprised to see that Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) too her matrimonial advice to heart. While they strategized, Carly (Laura Wright) swung by the PCPD to offer her thanks and heartfelt gratitude to Chase (Josh Swickard) – but only in a roundabout way, of course.
Later, Carly attempted to stealthily threaten Martin Grey (Michael E. Knight) but he wasn’t very impressed with his efforts. The trial was called to order, but Nelle (Chloe Lanier) was nowhere to be found.
Diane, Willow, and Michael prayed that she wouldn’t arrive; Martin panicked. And just when it seemed that the judge was ready to proceed without her, Nelle burst into the courtroom. Out of breath and wearing a wedding dress, Nelle flashed her newly acquired ring shocking all in the gallery.
Maxie’s (Kristen Storms) day went from bad to worse. Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) was late arriving for her photoshoot. The provided coffee was cold and ice. Oh, and freakin’ Alice, the shoots wardrobe mistress had yet to show up.
Luckily for all, Nina (Cynthia Watros) was available for a pep talk. Unluckily for Sasha, she was provided with a little “pick-me-up powder.” Unluckier still, she decided to use it in order to get on with her chores.
Finn’s (Michael Easton) attempt to get Anna’s (Finola Hughes) mind off Holly’s (Emma Samms) “accident” and onto their wedding hit a major snag when Robert (Tristan Rogers) showed up.
Robert was angry that the whole world hadn’t stopped in recognition of his grief and he was doubly angry that Anna had only seen fit to share her suspicions with Mac and not with him.
Finn wondered if Holly could indeed be alive – and her “death” a mere smokescreen – and Robert countered that it had happened once before. General Hospital airs weekdays ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
