General Hospital Recap
The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, September 4 features a very confident Ryan walking around GH like he owns the place after 25 years thought dead.
Trading Places
Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) easily managed to knock Kevin out, change his clothes, put him in a straight jacket, and waltz out of Ferncliff.
Of course, he first told Gordon the orderly that the patient would claim to be Dr. Collins and that his psychotic brother switched places with him. When Kevin did just that, Gordon didn’t believe him.
Later, Ryan arrived at the hospital and confidently allowed anyone to call him Kevin while taking over his brother’s life.
Teen Tragedy?
The hospital was a very busy place as Jason (Steve Burton) rushed Oscar (Garren Stitt) in and Kim (Tamara Braun) immediately knew what was wrong. She delayed standard tests until Liz’s old friend Terry could see him, who just so happens to be a pediatric oncologist.
Liz (Rebecca Herbst) started putting things together and implored Kim to call Drew, but Jason got to him first.
Meanwhile, Joss (Eden McCoy) believed Oscar stood her up at the park, so Cameron (Will Lipton) took advantage of the sad teen and kissed her.
A Miracle?
Over at the courthouse, Diane (Carolyn Hennessy) announced the birth mother gave up all the rights to her baby (who she doesn’t know is dead) via paperwork, and the judge officially declared Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Brad (Parry Shen) his parents.
Then, they all went to The Metro Court to celebrate and everyone was happy except Brad, who knows the whole truth and nothing but. Oy.
A Changed Man?
Before they all arrived for the celebration, Julian (William deVry) had a talk with Drew (Billy Miller) to make sure he has no interest in Kim because Julian is a good guy now.
Drew pointed out he can’t trust Julian because he went straight before and it didn’t stick. Since he did something strange with that birth mother, Drew might be absolutely right.
