The General Hospital recap for Monday, April 20, 2020, features Chase and Sasha going to extreme lengths to persuade Willow to marry Michael, as well as Charlotte’s scheme being rumbled, and Robert receiving devastating news.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) continued to bemoan Michael’s (Chad Duell) situation and Chase (Josh Swickard) offered her a choice: she could marry Michael in order to strengthen his chances of gaining full custody or she could take a step back and let the courts render a verdict.
Despite her obvious concern, Willow told Chase that she would not become Mrs. Corinthos – after all, Michael assured her that there were other options to explore.
Afterward, Chase and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) conferred and came to the conclusion that they were going to have to give noble Willow a reason to agree to the proposed plan..but what to do? Why strip half-naked, kiss, and allow themselves to be caught, of course!
The Truth Will Out
The Metro Court was abuzz over the incident at Violet’s (Jophielle Love) birthday party. While Ava (Maura West) snappily wondered if Nikolas (Marcus Coloma) had planted the terrifying creature in her purse, Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) revealed to Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) that he knows she purchased something at Roger’s Reptile Round-Up.
Change of Plans
Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Jason (Steve Burton) contemplated their next move and the former decided that he must accept Cyrus’ (Jeff Kober) request for a face to face. But just as Jason arranged the meeting, Sonny was summoned to Turning Woods – Mike (Max Gail) had a seizure.
Devastating Loss For Robert
After debating the merits of joining forces with Spinelli (Bradford Anderson), Robert (Tristan Rogers) decided that they would indeed work together. But it would be far from a partnership. “I say jump…you say, ‘How high?'”
After both men exited Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) apartment, Robert received a phone call that he later told Anna (Finola Hughes) was confirmation of Holly Sutton’s (Emma Samms) passing.
Looks like that “distraction” Peter arranged for his fearsome foe was yet another cold-blooded murder! General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your listings for airtimes.
