The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, April 14, 2020, features all hands on deck for Operation Save Wiley. Plus, we saw threats exchanged, a tense BFF lunch, and drama at a child’s birthday party.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
A frustrated Michael (Chad Duell) was once again informed how much better his chances of winning full custody would be if he married Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) gallantly informed her lover that he must go through with the scheme – Wiley’s life may depend on it.
Meanwhile, Willow’s no good very bad day continued to get worse and Chase realized that the only thing that would help was a visit with Wiley. Later, he and Sasha met at the Metro Court and discussed their options.
What Will Willow Do?
Both worried about the possibility of Nelle (Chloe Lanier) emerging victorious in court. Furthermore, Chase worried about the damage that such an outcome would have on Willow.
When the topic of Willow and Michael’s union was broached, Chase actually seemed to give it more credence than he had originally. Sasha was sure that Michael would propose in a heartbeat were it not for the respect he had for Willow and Chase’s relationship. Ironically, back at GH, Willow informed Michael that she wasn’t interested in the idea of marrying him…unless it became an absolute necessity.
Battle Lines
Nelle ran into Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) outside the Metro Court dining room and insinuated that it would be in his best interest to continue their partnership. But he wasn’t interested. “Don’t piss me off…I don’t like you that much to begin with.”
Hard to Swallow
Inside the eatery, Maxie (Kristen Storms) told Lulu (Emme Rylan) that as an employee of Deception, she is now working with Valentin. And just as Maxie predicated, Lulu vehemently objected.
How could her best friend dare to stoop to work for a man like Valentin? His money was probably dirty, he shot Nikolas, tried to kill Ava (Maura West). And on top of buying Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) a pony he also handed over his credit card. Will the villainy never cease?!
Birthday Girl
Over at Finn (Michael Easton) and Anna’s (Finola Hughes) it was all about birthday girl Violet (Jophielle Love) and the extravagant party that was about to be held. Well, that and the loaded apology that Robert (Tristan Rogers) offered Peter (Wes Ramsey).
Peter rightfully smelled a rat and phoned a mystery contact whom he ordered to move forward with “that distraction.” General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
