The General Hospital recap for Monday, March 29, 2021, features Obrecht invoking the dead, Cyrus dampening Laura’s enthusiasm over Martin, and T.J. upset over his broken home.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
While Anna (Finola Hughes) filled Liesl (Kathleen Gati) in on her suspicion that Peter (Wes Ramsey) killed Franco (Roger Howarth), the villain in question busied himself by harassing Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) – who very nearly scratched his eyes out.
Later, Peter and Liesl crossed paths, and the latter warned that justice was immanent. And it would either be doled out by the living or the dead.
Brothers At Odds
Cyrus (Jeff Kober) interrupted Laura (Genie Francis) and Martin’s (Michael E. Knight) celebratory bash and wound up browbeating Martin into confessing that he’d visited their precious mama.
In retaliation for the slight, Cyrus revealed that his brother had helped Julian (William deVry) flee into the night following his attack on The Floating Rib. To say that Laura was displeased would be an understatement. No Easter Day dinner for you, Martin!
Deal or No Deal
Carly (Laura Wright) raced over to the jail and did her best to convince Jason (Steve Burton) to take Cyrus up on his offer for a trade – Jason’s freedom for Florence’s return. But Jason gave the whole thing a hard pass.
Then, the two deduced that Glady’s (Bonnie Burroughs) actually did see something the night that Franco was murdered…but it was Peter disposing of the gun, not Jason. Now, how to get that crafty witch to tell the truth?
Change Of Address
Though it was probably the first time in his entire life that he’s ever done so, Taggert (Réal Andrews) took someone else’s advice – or in his case, several people’s advice – and changed his plea from “Guilty” to “Not Guilty.”
Trina (Sydney Mikayla) and Portia (Brook Kerr) were overjoyed with the decision…especially since it contributed to Taggert earning bail. However, neither of them was too thrilled with the condition that Taggert room and board with Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry).
Status Update
T.J. (Tajh Bellow) volunteered to help Curtis (Donnell Turner) set up tables and chairs at his new nightclub, and he took the opportunity to question his uncle about the state of his and Jordan’s marriage.
Any chance they may be reuniting anytime soon? Like, say before his graduation from medical school? He’d like the day to go as smooth as possible and having Curtis and Jordan on the same page would go a long way in ensuring that. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC.
