The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, December 4 features a surprisingly and oddly romantic day in Port Charles that felt out of place just after a brutal murder.
Of course Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) told Ava (Maura West) he didn’t really kill Kiki (Hayley Erin), but he feels guilty because he encouraged Ava to feel all her feelings and worried he ruined her memories of Kiki.
But, he didn’t have a chance to say much more when Jordan (Briana Nicole Brown) and Chase (Josh Swickard) arrived after hearing about the Sasha (Soffia Mattsson) incident from Griffin (Matt Cohen). Ava was appalled they’d even question her, but Ryan provided her with an alibi.
Later, Ava asked why he would lie when there were several hours he wasn’t with her and he said he just knows in his heart she didn’t kill Kiki.
Meanwhile, Chase found Kiki’s bloody wallet at Griffin’s place and noticed nothing was missing except the drivers’ license.
OMG! Just like Mary Pat’s murder! EUREKA! Jordan wondered if this could be a serial killer. And maybe someone would like to read Lulu’s (Emme Rylan) Invader series on the Ryan Chamberlain murders.
Peter (Wes Ramsey) was so worried someone would kill Maxie (Kirsten Storms), that he slept outside her front door. When he had a stiff neck, Maxie massaged him and then Mac (John J. York) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) walked in.

Mac took Peter aside and told him he’s like family since he is Anna’s son and also warned him not to hurt Maxie. Meanwhile, Maxie told Felicia she feels so natural with Peter, but she also feels that it’s too soon to be involved again.
No mind. When Peter returned, Maxie took some initiative and asked him on a date. Can she give Jason and Sam some lessons on initiative?
At the cemetery, Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) realized a man could be ruthless and have a soul when she heard Sonny (Maurice Benard) talking to Morgan’s grave.
She also admitted she has no evidence that he killed her father, although she holds him responsible. Sonny was then kind and gave her his scarf. Uh-oh.
Finally, Epiphany (Sonya Eddy) spent her day trying to get Anna (Finola Hughes) to admit she wants Finn (Michael Easton) with her in Cuba. So, Finn gave up on Hayden, got a seat next to Anna on the plane, and they admitted their love.
