The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, February 26, 2020, features Cyrus pushing back against his enemies, Ava scheming, Laura making herself clear, and Carly being defied.
General Hospital Recap Highlights
Taggert (Real Andrews) paid Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Jason (Steve Burton) a visit, revealed his involvement in Cyrus Renault’s (Jeff Kober) imprisonment and extended an offer to join forces and take the villain down one and for all.
After exiting, Taggert realized he was being tailed but learned too late that he actually had two men stalking him. A battle ensued, Taggert fired his weapon and scared away the would-be assassins. While being patched up at GH, he handed Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) a discarded syringe full of drugs — the same cocktail that had ended the life of their fellow DEA agents.
Problems, Problems, Problems
Ava (Maura West) was intrigued to find Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) oscillating between Julian (James de Vry) and Nikolas (Marcus Coloma). When Julian told her that Brook Lynn had discovered his hand in the baby switch and the car accident, Ava cautioned Julian to give the girl what she wanted…for now.
Ever the schemer, Ava also sized the Quartermaine lass up as a potential spoiler for her marriage-in-name-only to Nikolas. If she can’t get him to cheat with Elizabeth (Rebecca Budig) that is.

Heads-up
Upon discharging herself from the hospital, Laura (Genie Francis) visited Sonny and implored him to curtail the recent outbreak of mob-related violence. She also made it abundantly clear that if he was unable to do so she would use any means necessary to protect her constituents — even if it means taking him down as well.
Cameron And Trina: Dance Night
Cameron (William Lipton) and Trina’s (Sydney Mikayla) pre-dance pow wow was marred by Taggert’s absence and unreachability. Still, they perked up when the ride-share arrived to pick them up. They giddily hopped into the vehicle unaware that it was being operated by one of the goons who injured Taggert.
Over at the Corinthos house, Carly (Laura Wright) forbade Josslyn (Eden McCoy) from attending the Winter Formal, which only spurred the teen into talking Dev (Ashton Arbab) round to sneaking out and heading to the dance.
While picking up Dev’s backpack, Carly accidentally spilled it’s contents and discovered a lone bullet. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
