The General Hospital recap for Friday, March 20, 2020, features Lulu and Brook Lynn going on the attack, confrontations all around at Crimson, and a surprising new partnership.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) confronted Lulu (Emme Rylan) over the journalist’s latest article and the heated confrontation quickly spiraled into accusations of who was truly the most basic.
Lulu attacked her rival with champagne and Brook Lynn, in turn, delivered a slap to Lulu’s face. The ensuing brawl resulted in Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) recording some great material for his upcoming custody battle and the intervention of the PCPD.
Chase (Josh Swickard) led the charge and received a backhand to the nose, courtesy of Brook Lynn. Despite the resultant nose bleed, he managed to place the heiress in handcuffs and lead her away.
Less Than Pleasant Encounters
Anna (Finola Hughes) did her utmost to convince Jason (Steve Burton) of Peter’s (Wes Ramsey) innocence and she even went as far as comparing and contrasting the two men – something that Jason certainly didn’t appreciate.
Across town, Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) was less than pleased to discover that Georgie had been left alone with Peter – and that he was about to serve her cookies! Peter intimated that Spinelli’s hostility was the result of jealousy, but the hacker set him straight.
They were eventually joined by Maxie (Kristen Storms), who was fresh off telling Jax (Ingo Rademacher) and Nina (Cynthia Watros) where they could stick their paltry title bump with no pay increase. You read that right — she quit! Mostly because she thought she had an offer from Lucy but she was wrong.
Putting Their Heads Together
While Michael (Chad Duell) retired to the gym, Carly (Laura Wright) and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) strategized over how best to neutralize Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Carly was impressed by Sasha’s suggestion that Michael marry Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and she assured the young woman that her imagination will help them achieve their ultimate goal.
Lucy: Better The Devil With The Ready Cash
Lucy lost her lucrative deal with Crimson magazine once Maxie loudly declared her intentions to jump ship to join Deception so the two-time best-selling author was forced to entertain an offer proposed by Valentin.
And low and behold, said offer was just too good to pass up. Not only is Deception bankrolled for the next decade or so but Maxie now has her coveted position with the competition! General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
