The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, June 2, 2021, features Maxie telling Peter all about himself, Curtis and Laura making an unsettling discovery, and Finn readying himself for battle.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
After luring Peter (Wes Ramsey) into a false sense of security, and getting him to, not only lower his guard, but accidentally incriminate himself, Maxie (Kirsten Storms) took great pleasure in unloading months of pent up anger, and hurling the most barbed of insults. The two best kickers? Repeatedly referring to her ex as Henrik, and terming him a poor man’s Cesar Faison.
Maxie further wounded Peter by revealing that she’d recorded the entirety of their conversation – and then she sent the whole thing, lock, stock, and barrel, to Uncle Mac (John J. York)!
Though suitably impressed by Trina (Sydney Mikayla) and Portia’s (Brook Kerr) efforts, Cyrus (Jeff Kober) was still a little salty that they’d tried to recruit outside help. He was further displeased when Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Laura (Genie Francis) found his hidey-hole and the subsequent appearance of the PCPD.
Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) attempted to negotiate a peaceful resolution to the ongoing hostage crisis, but Cyrus wasn’t exactly interested in playing ball. He was, however, incredibly interested in Laura’s suggestion that he substitute her for Trina and Portia.
Jackie (Kim Delaney) and Gregory (Gregory Chase) paid Chase (Josh Swickard) a long overdue visit, then stood around praising themselves for being able to be in the same room as each other. #DivorceGoals.
While a desperate Peter made his way to the hospital’s rooftop helipad, Finn (Michael Easton) was made aware of the villain’s presence. He gave chase, cornered Peter, and warned him that he wouldn’t be going anywhere. General Hospital (GH) airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
