The General Hospital recap for Tuesday, January 8 features Kim facing facts about her son while Alexis just wanted to talk.
Perhaps Alexis’s (Nancy Lee Grahn) timing was a bit off as she paid a visit to Kim (Tamara Braun) to defend both herself and Julian (William deVry). She wanted Kim to know she did not sleep with Julian, no matter what he wanted her to believe.
Kim snapped that she couldn’t care less who Julian slept with and screamed that Oscar’s trial treatment didn’t work so Julian was the least of her concerns for now.
Alexis realized she came at a bad moment and headed to the courthouse to deal with Cameron.
Meanwhile, Cameron (Will Lipton) was late to court because he visited Oscar (Garren Stitt) first. When he saw his friend was leaving the hospital, he assumed all was good with his health and Oscar didn’t bother telling him otherwise.
After Josslyn (Eden McCoy) begged Carly (Laura Wright) to have Sonny (Maurice Benard) spend his money on alternative treatments, she stopped by the hospital to see Oscar.
Surprisingly, Oscar had a positive attitude and was determined to live life to the fullest during the time he has left.
At the courthouse, Franco (Roger Howarth) told Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) the treatment didn’t work and they discussed what Liz felt like when she thought she lost Jake. When Cameron and Alexis showed, they learned a harsh judge would be deciding the case.
Both Sam (Kelly Monaco) and Carly ended up visiting Drew (Billy Miller) at the Q mansion. Sam told Drew all about the Hank/Shiloh saga. When Drew didn’t seem to care, she wondered what was wrong.
Then, Carly showed up to discuss Josslyn and Drew admitted that Oscar is doomed to die.
