The General Hospital recap for Friday, May 5 features Kim discovering just how beloved her son truly was, Sam and Jason formulating their most audacious plan yet, and Willow preparing to reveal some shocking truths.
At the Quartermaine mansion, Drew (Billy Miller) found Kim (Tamara Braun) with her bags packed and ready to return home. He implored her to stay at the mansion but she declined and told him she needed to begin her new life alone.
Arriving at her apartment, she found that the entrance had been turned into a virtual sea of flowers and gifts, each with an accompanying note of thanks to Oscar.
Julian (William DeVry) joined Kim and read aloud some of the messages. She thanked him for not listening when she told him to stay away and he helped her into the apartment after she had another good cry in his arms.
Sam (Kelly Monaco) filled Jason (Steve Burton) in on Shiloh’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) offer to bring her into the Trust and the two debated what Sam should put in her pledge.
Jason decided that in order to really put Shiloh at ease, Sam needed to reveal a crime that he had committed. To further that goal, they decided to have Spinelli use his computer skills to invent a person. Sam could then say she witnesses Jason killing that person.
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) ran into Julian at the school and did her best to get him to dissuade Brad from continuing his Dawn of Day studies. (He was there for Leo.)
Shiloh arrived at the Quartermaine mansion to speak to Drew about Oscar. Drew was in no mood for Shiloh’s platitudes about his sons passing but he did accept Oscar’s annotated copy of the DOD handbook that Shiloh brought with him.
At the safe house, Kristina told her parents she understood why they had her kidnaped from DOD but wondered if they would accept her decision to return if that’s what she ends up choosing to do. Michael then arrived with Willow, who promised to tell Kristina the truth about Shiloh.
