The General Hospital recap for Friday, September 18, 2020, features Robert and Ethan getting less than the truth, Alexis getting troubling news, and Sonny receiving a gift from beyond the grave.
General Hospital Recap Highlight
A quick-thinking Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) was able to not only arm herself but K.O. the man holding Robert (Tristan Rogers) and Ethan (Nathan Parsons) prisoner. The men, in turn, got the drop on the remaining goons and Robert was able to phone the WSB.
The casino was soon swarming with agents…but the initial sweep didn’t reveal Holly’s (Emma Samms) location. A second look resulted in the discovery of an immolated, female corpse wearing Holly’s wedding ring.
With Holly’s fate seemingly confirmed, Nathan and Robert escorted Olivia back to the hotel and arrange their return to Port Charles. Meanwhile, an enemy agent phoned his boss and revealed that no one was the wiser where Holly was concerned. Instead, the former Mrs. Scorpio would remain in her locked and guarded cell until a further decision was reached.
Furthermore, Portia advised Alexis to stay for further tests. Given Alexis’s age, Portia was concerned that an underlying medical condition like osteoporosis contributed to the bone loss that resulted in the fracture.
Lost and Found
Ava (Maura West) and Nikolas’s (Marcus Coloma) revelry was interrupted by back to back crises. First, Carly (Laura Wright) phoned with the news of Mike’s (Max Gail) passing. Then, Avery disappeared from her bedroom!
Luckily, the adventuring youngster was quickly located. And unbeknownst to her guardians, Avery returned to the cabin with a prize – the half-heart necklace left behind by Nelle (Chloe Lanier).
However, before being able to leave the facility, Sonny was presented with a bike all his own. The final present he would ever receive from his dad. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
