The General Hospital recap for Friday, July 26 features a clueless Michael and a clued-in Nelle, a less-than-pleased Ava Jerome, a new psychic with another scary message for Franco, and a new home for Dr. Obrecht.
Michael (Chad Duell) accepted the phone call from Nelle (Chloe Lanier) and agreed to come by the prison for a visit. Back in her cell, Nelle and Harmony (Inga Cadranel) had a very enlightening conversation.
Proving she’s a smart cookie, Nelle was able to deduce that Harmony’s grandson is the dead baby that she and Brad traded the night Nelle gave birth to Jonah! She was horrified to hear a sex cult leader now thinks Jonah is his son.
Ava (Maura West) was on the warpath over her Crimson interview and her first stop was Nina’s (Cynthia Watros) office. She berated the editor for the smear job.
When Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) pointed out that Nikolas’s death was not covered Ava reminded him that he was the one who murdered the Cassadine heir. Ava then headed to the Metro Court where she had to endure Carly’s (Laura Wright) smug condemnation.
Chase (Josh Swickard) visited Liesl (Kathleen Gati) at the hospital to not only apologize for dismissing her claims of attempted murder but to also show her the picture that Franco (Roger Howarth) and Elizabeth (Rebecca Budig) provided.
Even blown up there was no way to make out the man’s face and Liesl told the detective she had no idea who it could be. Later, Valentin arrived and informed Liesl that she would be moving into Wyndemere.
At the nurses’ hub, Franco was stopped by another psychic named Chelsea who had a comforting message from Kiki. She later warned him not to, “take that drive.”
Chelsea’s next stop was the Metro Court for a consultation with Ava. But, the news from Chelsea was exactly the same as it was from Sibley — Kiki wants NOTHING to do with her mother. General Hospital airs weekdays on ABC. Check your local listings for airtimes.
