The General Hospital recap for Wednesday, May 22 features Nurses Ball music and Nurses Ball insanity.

Chase filled Ava (Maura West), Mac (John J. York) and Felicia (Kristina Wagner) in on Laura’s phone call alerting them to Ryan’s (Jon Lindstrom) probable arrival in Port Charles as Ryan taunted an unconscious Kevin.

Out in the lobby, Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) accosted Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), demanding to know why he overheard Nina say that Willow had a baby.

As Shiloh grew increasingly unhinged and violent, Willow admitted she left Dawn of Day pregnant with his baby. Shiloh laid hands on Willow just as Michael (Chad Duell) arrived and threw him to the ground.

Shiloh exited before there could be a free for all with Michael and returned to his and Sam’s (Kelly Monaco) table where he revealed to her, Lucas (Ryan Carnes) and Brad (Parry Shen) that he has just learned a woman had his baby and never told him.

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) had a heart to heart discussing love and loss — Stone and Oscar — and off that bonding moment, Josslyn took the stage and performed her and Oscar’s original song.

A flustered Shiloh begged Sam to return with him to the DOD house and complete the Trust ceremony and Sam agreed.

Backstage, Scotty (Kin Shriner) confronted the man he thought was Kevin but then accidentally pulled off Ryan’s prosthetic hand! A quick knock to the noggin put Scotty out cold and Ryan stalked Ava off the Metro Court property and out to her Cedar Mountain residence.

As the Nurses Ball wrapped and the cleaning crew began to take over, the curtain was lifted to reveal Kevin trussed up and suspended from the rafters!
