The General Hospital recap (GH) for Wednesday, April 18 features Nina still wanting to get the goods on Peter.
Let’s All Be Buddies
Maxie (Kirsten Storms) wanted her two best buddies to get to know each other and like one another, so she invited both Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Peter (Wes Ramsey) to lunch at Charley’s Pub.
Peter didn’t have much to say about himself, so Maxie asked Nina to tell him her story and boy did she ever. She went on about how her mother drugged her while pregnant, causing her to lose a baby and go into a 20-year coma.
She also mentioned her nervous breakdown, kidnapping a newborn Avery, falling for Franco, and finally marrying Valentin and becoming a stepmother.
Peter could just sit there and smile, but when Nina left, she made a beeline for Curtis (Donnell Turner) who told her there was no record of a Peter August before he was 21 years old.
Emma’s A Genius
In Switzerland, Emma (Brooklyn Silzer) proved her spy skills by finding a picture of an old performance of Julius Caesar when Henrik might have gone to this particular school. She deduced that Henrik might have wanted to be in the show because his father’s name was Cesar.
Back in Port Charles, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Franco (Roger Howarth) discussed everything that happened to him as he wondered about the other little boys Jim Harvey abused. Liz told Franco it could be a long time until he’s completely healed.
At the hospital, Kiki (Hayley Erin) was surprised to learn that TJ (Tequan Richmond) had better grades and MCAT scores than her, yet didn’t get into the shadowing program. She was further surprised when Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) wouldn’t let her delay her first day due to her worrying about Avery.
