General Hospital Recap (GH): Anna Got The Shock Of Her Life!

The General Hospital (GH) recap for Thursday, March 8 features Anna making progress on finding her child, who it turns out is not a girl after all. SURPRISE!

Baby Blues
Anna (Finola Hughes) and Andre (Anthony Montgomery) met with the daughter of the midwife who delivered Anna’s baby in Brussels. Anna was shocked when the woman told her that not only did her child have to leave the good home the midwife found, but that the child was also a boy.

When Anna told Andre that it was Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) who told her she had a girl, he wondered why on earth she trusted Valentin and we wondered the same.

More Baby Blues
Back in Port Charles, the man who might be Anna’s son acted as a sounding board for Maxie (Kirsten Storms), who had moved into the Metro Court to get away from memories of Nathan.

Peter (Wes Ramsey) convinced her she had to have that amnio to see if her baby is ok, and she agreed. Then, she oddly asked Peter to accompany her.

The Truth…But Not The Whole Truth
At the hospital, Sam (Kelly Monaco) told Drew (Billy Miller) that she was with Jason during the earthquake, and that karma has a funny way of showing itself. Drew revealed Franco saved him and a surprised Sam revealed that Jason saved Franco. Funny how it’s all connected.

Meanwhile, Jason immersed himself in Michael’s life, but he ended up talking about being with Sam the night before. As Sam and Drew readied to leave the hospital, Jason returned Danny’s dog tag gift for Annabelle II. Then, Sam told Drew they need to talk.

Nelle Lands On Her Feet Again
Jason also told Michael (Chad Duell) to trust both his own instincts and Carly’s when it comes to Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Poor Michael was later shocked to learn Nelle’s building was destroyed so she’s moving into the Quartermaine mansion. Monica (Leslie Charleson) invited her, and after all, it is her house.
