General Hospital Recap (GH): Andy (Drew) And Betsy Meet!

The General Hospital recap (GH) for Thursday, April features Drew reuniting with the woman he thought was his mom for his first few years of life.

Betsy’s A Popular Lady
Drew (Billy Miller) decided it was high time he met Betsy, but first he ran into Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Jake (Hudson West) in the hospital garage.

They discussed Franco (Roger Howarth) and Drew even told Jake he and Franco are friends now because sometimes people can be wrong about people.

When Drew did make it to Betsy’s room, he introduced himself, and she told him what a wonderful little boy he was. She then spotted Jim Harvey (Greg Evigan) by the door and screamed. Jim ran and Drew thought he was the one who freaked her out.

A Breakthrough?
As all this was going on, Franco was under hypnosis and almost remembered what Jim did to him and Drew. However, he became to agitated so Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) brought him out of it. Franco wanted to go on, but Kevin insisted it could do more harm than good.

Danger Alert
Meanwhile, Jim managed to find Elizabeth in the garage and put a gun in her back, frightening Jake.

Happy Family?
A lot also happened at Kelly’s. Oscar (Garren Stitt) expressed how nice it was to have both of his parents now. When he got home, he was thrilled to hear Kim (Tamara Braun) tell Julian (William deVry) that she’s still in love with Drew, but not sure it could ever work.

#MeToo?
Kiki (Hayley Erin) also had an interesting time at Kelly’s when she told Dr. Bensch (James DePaiva) in no uncertain terms she does not want him and she knows she never gave him that impression.

He insisted that she did and she said she’d be leaving the shadowing program. Dr. Bensch then made sure to keep Kiki’s voicemail about how they need to talk about what happened the night before.
