General Hospital Recap: They Did A Bad, Bad Thing. Maybe.

The General Hospital recap for Friday, June 7 features a coterie of conspirators witnessing their mission bear fruit and Nina propositioning a devilish, blonde-haired rival.

Laura (Genie Francis) found Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) outside Ryan’s (also Jon Lindstrom) hospital room and the two ruminated over their deception — it was Kevin, pretending to be Ryan, who signed the organ donation papers!

Kevin promised his wife that he was done with his troublesome twin and has come to realize that he has spent his whole life enabling him and using the sexual abuse Ryan suffered as an excuse for his psychosis.

Finn (Michael Easton) informed Jordan’s (Briana Nicole Henry) family that her surgery had been a success and she would be back in her room in a few minutes.

The celebratory mood was somewhat dampened when Curtis (Donnell L. Turner) saw the DNR papers that Jordan had insisted on signing but Stella (Vernee Watson-Johnson) and TJ (Tajh Bellow) talked him round.

The family gathered in Jordan’s hospital room once she regained consciousness and gave her their love and well wishes. Later, Jordan began to question the legitimacy of Ryan’s sudden change of heart concerning the donation.

At Crimson, Nina (Michelle Stafford) and Sasha (Sofia Mattsson) debated who should grace the September magazine cover and both were aghast when Maxie (Kirsten Storms) suggested Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Nina and Sasha listed their many grievances with Ava but Maxie pointed out that, “grasping, poisonous bitches” sell magazines. Nina was still unsure but Maxie convinced her that it would be Nina using Ava for publicity and that she will be making money off her rival.

Nina made a beeline for Ava whom she found at Charlie’s fresh off an ego-boosting conversation with Franco (Roger Howarth).

Sasha answered Michael’s (Chad Duell) mysterious text in person and accepted his offer to accompany him to Martha’s Vineyard.

Carly (Laura Wright) arrived at the hospital for further blood tests and barely missed Ryan being wheeled to the elevator for his transfer to Pentonville Prison.

Laura, Kevin, Liz (Rebecca Herbst), Franco, and Finn all congregated in the hall to witness Ryan’s departure silently revealing that they all played a role in ensuring that Ryan’s kidney was harvested and donated to Jordan.
